i have a 3/16th's hole drilled into the throttle blade
no surge in the idle, but i dont really think a surge can hurt the motor, im not 100% sure tho
you must mean the 2jz-ge block not the 1JZ head, as stated run the IS300 union bolt or a sandwich plate to run the oil line
ive never heard of anyone welding and drilling the head

they are interchangeable but only one way, but they arent interchangeable between motors without jumper harnesses
you can use a manual or automatic ecu on a manual transmission car
but you cant use a manual ecu on an automatic car

It was made by TTC (cowboybebop on SF) and is no longer made afaik. i got it through a friend and paid $50 for it at the time. but i dont know how much theyd normally go for if you can find one
few pics of the caravan back, it was awesome, people were stopping in traffic to look at the cars
