Just have to pull the fender liner in the front and loosen the mounting bolts for the washer reservoir to make room to slide that big ass bolt out. lol
I know. I'm just chomping at the bit here and would love to have one of these before it's time to put my engine back in. If that doesn't happen, it's no big deal though. I'll just put it back in as is and pull it back out later. :)

Hey, my Supra is currently in pieces (not even a subframe under the front...) and I've got a nice little R154 sitting on a table that could really use a rebuild and a taller overdrive. I'd be more than happy to do that testing you require. :D

Am I really the first one to suggest that the worn out factory theft deterrent might be causing this?
The ground circuit for the starter relay is switched by the alarm box. This switch wears out and the ground isn't made and the car won't start.
Search for factory alarm bypass. Its been...
3 Reasons.
1. I live in CA and this engine is legal. My Aristo 2JZ was nowhere near it.
2. I was lucky to get > 20mpg with my GTE. It got 22-23 a few times down the freeway. If my 7M-GE could get 29mpg, then this engine should be able to do at least that with the considerably high c/r and...
Some of you may have followed my previous build with my 2JZ-GTE swapped '91 Turbo Targa. I had to pull the engine back out to make some repairs, and I decided to part it out and do something different.
Round 2: Got myself an 86.5 NA hardtop sport package, less weight, stiffer chassis, and a...
Yeah, forgot about those haha. It's been a few years since the last manual trans rebuild I did. Definately check the detents! Make sure the ball and spring are still there and that the spring isn't broken.
Mileage doesn't really matter if the trans has been abused or run low on oil, same as...
Worn teeth on the sychro hub will cause this, or maybe a thrust washer. It's probably worn out syncros. Get a full rebuild kit from driftmotion, snce it's already apart.
Nope, used the Aristo 2JZ compressor with the 7M top plate and lines. The P/S bracket had to be notched slightly to clear the lines, but it worked out very well.
I put the A/C back into my 2JZ 91T with all stock components other than the Aristo compressor and a new reciever/drier unit. It blew REAL cold with R134a. I'll be doing the same thing with my new car and my new 2JZ and the same compressor.

More lips. Definately more pre-89 lips. Nice flowing and good fitting fender flares would be good too. None of those body kits really look that great, but if I had to pick one, it would be this one with enough room at the top to retain the crash bar (I don't have a death wish for my car.)...
With that many miles it probably has bad rings.
My 88 NA had bad rings and burned a qt of oil every 100 miles. It sat for 3yrs with a blown head gasket before I bought it and fixed it.
