not sure where you got that info from, but its not right at all. I used to have a firehawk and i ran 3.42's, 3.73's, and 4.11's in it with a T56. on the highway about 70mph 3.42's were about 1900 3.73's were near 2300 4.11's were around 2700 like limequat said, T56 with the 89+ 3.73...

the n/a vvti bottom end cant take anything, its the GTE vvti bottom end that can take abuse. i believe its the rods in the GE block that give out, around 400whp iirc. i have driven my friends GT35R mkiv, anywhere you get into it, there is boost, damn it was alot of fun

if youre going single, gap at .028 at the most, if youre going really high boost, gap them even smaller

thats a huge fricking gap man, you might want to try tightening up the gap on your plugs im running .028" on BKR7E

theres his current motor setup, makes 500whp at 18psi on pump with small little 14b turbos. getting into with the company used to ship then manifold because they forgot to send one of the downpipes with it.

Snagged this part from Japan for a local buddy of mine, itll be for a really sick 7M build hes starting soon (even tho he already has a built 7M-TT in his car). I know there is plenty of knock off Trust style twin TD04 manifolds out there for the 7M, he currently has a original trust manifold...

why would it ruin the turbo's? unless they are just in bad shape or your running the boost too high on them, i wouldnt see them blowing just from having a different downpipe put on also, for the amount of money to rebuild them or upgrade them, youd have spent more than you would have to go...

All they will do is look pretty with the 2J cams

any way you can get a better pic? i cant see anything but the red outline in that but if the weld is cracked right there, youll have to have the ceramic coat taken off in that area and have it rewelded. cant weld throught the coating
