    New Carbon Fiber Goodies...Take a look ;)

I'd like a center valley plate for the middle of the head outta cf. Someone else was making them awhile ago, but no longer I don't think. Preferably with provision and mounting points for a cop setup...

    Starting and warm up

Two common suspects in this situation are the iscv, and the tps. (Idle speed control valve, and throttle position sensor). I'd clean the iscv, and test the tps voltages to make sure they are in spec. Also make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks. Pirate air can be a pig. gl.

    interior problem

Have you benched the alternator? I'd do that first. Sounds like a new battery might not be a bad idea, either. gl.

    interior problem

You could bench test the alternator and battery for a start. If the lights work after awhile, I wouldn't think the fuses are bad. They are usually good or bad. No inbetween that I've ever seen. gl.

    buying my first mkIII

I don't know about the tranny repair, but if you are going to buy a Supra, be prepared to open your wallet wide. As everyone who owns one knows, these things are endless money pits. Excellent cars, but damm, do they ever suck the cash. gl.

    Recipe Thread.

These are awesome for breakfast or brunch, it's the hollandaise & crispy baskets that makes it! hint: u can use ready made hashbrowns to sub if you don't want to grate potatoes! this serves 8, or 4 if you like 'em as much as I do. You can half the recipe, of course. for the baskets: 2 lbs...

Post HG Repair / Not 100%

That's all there is to it. Keep the ignition on, jumper the diag block, and you'll either see a steady blink, or a pause followed by the codes. It repeats endlessly till it's unjumpered. gl.

    7mgte head swap

The head should fit fine. You should hardness test it before you spend any money on it. Check for warping as well. If you are going to "shave" it, I'd measure the head and block decks to ensure proper hg thickness. You might want to look into a driftmotion manifold stud kit. gl.

    please help

I would invest in some new or tested 550's. The whole idea is to use the 2 - ie (Lex & 550's). They are both approx. 25% bigger so they should balance. I would have thought it would go lean if anything with stock 440's and a bigger afm. I'd definitely flow test the existing injectors at the...

How bent can the honeycomb be?

I'd replace it. I'm sure the frequency is determined by the airflow across the honeycomb. I didn't think they'd run properly without it. Should'nt be hard to find a parts one...I have one if you can't. gl.

    Rebuild or Replace?

If you want to keep the car, then rebuild the motor you have. If you buy a Jdm motor, it still needs a rebuild imho, so you are not ahead in that respect. You can take a chance and drop one in, but they don't pay re&re, so if you do that, you pays yer money, and you takes yer chances. If you...
