All the installation bolts have broken off and was wondering what you guys have done if you had encountered this problem. Bought the car with a Greddy replica bumper already installed and would like to go stock.
Thanks for the reply.
I live in Fairfax ~5 min. from Tysons and have never been to any meets either here or with SF eversince I had my mk3 for 5 yrs. now. I am hoping to meet some people locally.
Just to let others know that when I was driving my 4runner with aftermarket piaa fogs (actually a dual light - driving with fog) a cop pulled me over and said that I could not use a blue light eventhough it was truly bluish purple when turned off and would have an amber color light when turned on.
For those who have them. I tried to find them thru nopi.com but they dont carry them anymore so I google search them and found this http://www.importrp.com/product.php?productid=121005&cat=0&page=1.
Is this the correct product # and has anyone here ordered from them before?
Thanks...
Just to hear what you guys have done if the bumper bolts that you have broken and did you use a bolt extractor (seems to much trouble not to mention that you'd be trying to take it off upside down)?
I wanted to put back a stock bumper. Thanks for your input.

Okay, I got this from another bbs.
Someone said not to use it b/c the red coolant contains organic and inorganic salts, which makes it silicate based. Non- silicate based coolant has a shelf life of up to 8 years, however, silicate based coolants have a shelf life of 18 months.
What do...
Is there one? Someone said in another board to me since I am doing a swap on my 4Runner that I could not use if it has been sitting more than 18 months already.
Also, how would someone know what the dealer sells you or put in your vehicle if serviced by them?
Thanks for the input.

Just want to ask anyone that had replaced it on what tool you used. The right side (the one that goes vertical if your looking from the back side) is messed up and I want to replace it since water is getting in there.
Also is this item still available from Champion Toyota?
Thanks.
Drove the car today and while driving, these dash lights are the ones that would flicker:
E-brake on, or low brake fluid level
Tail light failure indicator
Battery light
The e-brake is down and the reservoir for the brake fluid is full. The battery is 1.5 yrs old and the car is driven...
Unfortunately, I dont have the car with me right now. I was looking for an actual dash pic that I saw stickied on sf before under mk3 faq but its not showing up now, so I wish someone here has any link to one.
Suppose to be a brand new alternator. The car used to be owned by Steve aka...
This happens when the car (90T) is running and nothing seems to be wrong with the engine whenever the lights would flicker. Just last night I noticed that the brake light would come on and would go off if I down shift from 5th to third and then come back on again when I go back to 5th. :icon_mad:
My dash lights for the battery, brake lights and door would all flicker every now and then and it is getting pretty annoying.
Could this possibly be a bad ground connection? Any ideas where I should start? Also, how do I check each one and what tools do I need for this?
Thanks for...
