Just want to ask anyone that had replaced it on what tool you used. The right side (the one that goes vertical if your looking from the back side) is messed up and I want to replace it since water is getting in there.

Also is this item still available from Champion Toyota?

Thanks.

I used a set of my friend's trim tools and took my time. They work like a charm. :)

Also, I'm pretty sure they're still available. :)

Are you talking about the stuff that surrounds the front windows, or the actual rear window? My trim around the front windows is all screwed (especially the rear pieces) and I was also wondering how you remove those.

if its the one right where the door is you must open the panels inside where the seatbelt is.

I believe shaeff has the right idea, because I also think that it's the same window trim you're talking about (rear windshield, passenger side).

For me, I just pry it up from the end, get a hold of it and pull it out. Clean the area out and replace the new strip with some urethane. Worked wonderful for me, several times (different cars).
