Good news, I hope:
Have been talking with the owner of the company some more.
He says he cannot find any record of my item being shipped. (At this point, I thought he was going to give me the virtual middle finger and tell me to fuck off).
...And then he continued saying, "We'll make you a...
I have an update.
After you guys started drawing the attention from the eBay user, communication was once again opened up.
I swapped a few messages - mostly the same as before... me wondering what my order status was, them beating around the bush and telling me they'd send me a tracking...
Well,
Thanks to your guys' help I emailed 'American Carbon Fiber' and received a response.
They asked for my details, which I gave.
A few minutes later I received another reply stating that they swore the item was shipped out and that they would look for the UPS tracking number and...
I have been effing contacting him.
I have sent three polite, detailed emails to that bloody address in the passed weeks without reply.
I will send another upon hearing this.
Wish me luck and thanks for your support, guys.
EDIT:
I've calmed down and sent him a message. I hope it's up to...
I was hoping to give him the benefit of the doubt. I guess I should know better than to trust people so openly.

I appreciate the defense. <3
But right now my only hope of ever seeing this Targa top is in...
So I was on the market for a 100% Carbon fiber taga top for my '89 Supra.
I found this listing on eBay and contacted the seller.
I asked the seller if it was 100% Carbon fiber -- or just Carbon-fiber with fiberglass backing.
He said it was the latter, but then offered to make me the former...
All good points.
Eventually I do plan on buying a complete exhaust system (but going no further, promise!!). Usually the simplest gains can be made from increased intake/outtake. If you let the motor breath better, and exhaust better, your performance will be better, in layman's terms.
I...
So, where does the airbox have it's snorkel located?
Does it take cold air from the wheel-wells, and if so would replacing the airbox with an exposed, aftermarket filter (Apexi) negate the gains by drawing warm air from the engine compartment?
Thanks for your time,
Suitcase
Howdy everyone,
I'm on the slow, costly road of upgrading my Supra. I think I may start with a new air filter, as mine is still OEM and who-knows-how-old.
I was leaning towards the K&N at first, but I did a quick search on this forum (gasp) and found out it was rubbish. Now I'm looking at...
I'm afraid I'm going to have to drive this despite some of the comments here.
Getting another car is just out of the question.
Winter preparations are under way. Getting new winter rubber with studs next week, new battery, and a full fluid change - with temperature-appropriate oil.
I will...
There already is a cover on it, which I plan on using throughout winter.
I had a beater-car. An '88 Tempest. I upgraded from it. I no longer have it because I needed the room for the Supra. The Supra is my only mode of transportation, and I will be using it in winter as I've said in my original...
