Throttle response and lack of power (all these things happen when engine reaches normal running temp). No check engine light. Have not run any codes cause I have no idea how :-) Dont know about shuttering. Still looking for words to explain myself.

Can a bad coolant sensor make the car run sluggish? I have a 91 turbo stock. On the first start up, it runs normal but when it reaches normal operating temp, it runs sluggish.

You will be surprise what an O2 sensor did for my car... BEFORE AFTER I was surprised on how much an O2 sensor could change the smog. I used the DENSO brand O2 sensor....

I had an 89 turbo before and it does not stay on every time. My 89 turns on for like a few 2 min and fan clutch disengage. My 91 is engaged the whole time even at idle The way it runs feels like the AC is on but its not. The car just feels sluggish... Thanks for the input...

I have a stock 91 turbo... When I start driving it cold its ok... But when it gets to a point where the temp suppose to be (like halfway) the fan is always engage and it robs a lot of horsepower from the engine... Please help... And it car does not overheat...

I know right... It happend my friends 92 integra got pulled over in coronado just because of being too low on ground clearance... Just imagine getting caught without CAT with todays new emmsion rules in CA... Not to mention CA is needing money...

OK... I found a muffler shop in murrieta.... Magnaflow legal CA CAT installed for $180, what a relief.... Thanks for the help guys....

Non of the websites I found sell California legal bolt in cats.... I found bolt-on ones but they dont sell to california... Called driftmotion, aaron said they dont sell nor install CATS... I called Jose from Kaizen, he said he can install it but he told me I have to order it which is not...
