ideally, you'd want a helical. but that's impossible...anyway, any LSD will be fine. personally, i'd save my pennies and just rebuild the stocker....it'll do ya just fine.
yikes.
just a note, press vs. flow increase is NOT linear. there's a formula out there, i've forgotten it....
while you could do that, you're going to end up with some pretty serious AFM corrections (i.e. high percentage). the problem is that you're ignoring the other part of the equation-...
ummmmmmmm....same link i posted. same sketchy seller.....
i think the moral of this story is that if you want a quality product, get it from the mfg....
no, the problem is the ebay auctions clearly state that they ARE PTE injectors:

yups. that's a delphi or siemens injector. the 680 i posted is a delphi (IIRC?)....
as already stated, if it really is from PTE, they scribe in the flow rate and date ON the injector (see my above posted pic).
my point has merely been are you buying REAL PTE injectors or someone that is simply labeling junk as PTE injectors? ebay is FULL of crap....just go search for a turbo. T66? i think not.
PTE's site: http://www.precisionturbo.net/index.php
what REAL PTE inj. look like:
nothing special about the SAFR, it's exactly like any other AFM scaling device.
reread the Vf articles, it's not that difficult to understand. if you can't grasp that, you probably shouldn't be messing around....that would be best left to professionals. suffice to say that Vf is the ECU's way...
