Even when running speed density?

PROBLEM: Idle surges from 500 to 700 and sometimes stalls. If I turn the lights or ac compressor on, it idles up and is kinda driveable. If I rev it up it runs great. It just stalls or runs horrible (surging) when idleing. THINGS I HAVE TRIED: Checked TPS via TSRM Checked Timing via TSRM ISCV...

You would actually want to decrease the amount of fuel the ecu can see (if you installed bigger than stock injectors). Once you do that you can increase boost (slowly). What are your mods?

How is the condition of your turbo? When I switched to a BB turbo my pressure shot up significantly.

My does the same and it started when the speedometer stopped working. $10 bucks and a reach around says you fix the speedometer, you fix your problem.

Depends on what you consider a problem. Is it going to be plug and play? No. But you can adapt it to make it work. There are threads about this.

Have you checked your timing? Also is the power steering idle up connected?

I've found it alot easier to keep the trans attached as it aids the the proper exit and enter angle of the engine. Once you pull the yoke out of the transmission be ready for oil to come out. I would highly recommend you drain it first.
