Has anybody ever made an engine cover for the mkiii by using an undercover from another car? Just curious of what other owners have used or is there someone who make them? I tried looking up undercover for the mkiii with just old posts from 15 years ago.

I turned the boost down to 15. AFMs are 11.8, but she shuts off everytime I come to a stop. Power feels more at 15 than my normal 18 psi's. I let it idle gasing up today, got soot on some poor guys BMW behind me when I took off.

I got the cams in today, took 3 weeks on ebay. Instructions are in Japanese but sez in English not to install the cams in the same order as OEM. Anybody ever install any? As for the shims, it wants 20mm intake 30mm exahust max. I think i can do the shim part needed, just need the torque...

Are you talking about the hole with the filter? Where ppl usually put thier aftermarket map sensor at? Mine has a freeze plug looking thing on the back side of the intake near the brake booster, like the ones on cyl blocks, but the size of a dime. Was wondering if theres threads behind it.

Yes, whatever it had to increase the vaccum. They said it supposed to have a bolt ontop. I dont see one though. Driftmotion said I may have to tap and put a dash 6 fitting.

Real small metal hose on the intake manifold. Not like the 7m ones. Like half of -6. I think it had a device that help boost the pressure.

Hey I need some help on determining how much my ic can hold. Right now I have an 25.5 long (not core size) 7 inch core top to bottom, 3.5 width. How much power can an IC like that be efficent for? My goal is around 500 on pump gas.
