I've used this manifold with a HE351CW and didn't have any clearance issues. If I had kept the car, I would have put some sort of heat mat on the underside of the hood since the turbo was so close, but it fit.

Also running -10AN return with no issues. Having a 4" intake on the turbo and a 4" exhaust help greatly like MDC said. Underhood pic (functional and not pretty)
