Need help identifying this white wire from the battery???

So I just completed my 1JZ swap. The car is running great but I have a quick question. I relocated my battery to the trunk. I have a distribution block near where the battery used to be. The shell I bought has one of the 2 white wires coming from the + post cut off. What does it do? Where does it go? I'm assuming it can't be that important since the car's running but I want to make sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's a pic:

They are not OEM. The previous owner wired that up for what ever he needed constant 12vdc for. It looks to be about 12 gauge wire. Maybe he try electric fans with a switch and a relay or something like that.

You can and should remove them before it touches something it shouldn't.

Thanks for the quick reply. I figured they weren't anything normal since the car runs and operates fine.
