You need to get a way to tune the car. I wouldn't mess with the fuel pressure. You are going to run rich with bigger injectors/Lexus AFM.
As far as the fuel cut that sounds about right, every car is different. You could get a fuel cut defender if you really wanted to but I would just tune it...
Love the polished saw blades. Car looks taken care of. Roads in south Carolina are terrible and speed bumps in most apartment complexes/parking lots wish I could run a car that low without destroying it.

I'm on Megan coilovers and worn out everything else. I am lowered but I don't know by how much. When I got the car it was slammed as low as the Megan's would go and rubbed like hell and I just raised it up some so don't know where it started out as far as stock ride height to compare.
I'd love...
Sure I have 17x9 ET35 all 4 wheels. In front I have 255/40r17 in the rear 275/40r17. I'll take some better pictures here in a bit how it sits with the fenders but I like how they fit.

I was worried I would but surprisingly no. I only rub on the top side of the tire into the fender liner and I think its mostly due to worn out suspension components that have a little too much play along with Megan's soft coils when car has body roll in corners.
I think I might raise the front...
I'm lowered on Megan coilovers just not slammed. I rub the fender liners on the front in hard cornering or if I hit a hard bump. But no rub at full lock. 17x9 ET35. Rears don't rub at all.

My front driver side tire got a bulge in it so decided to go to a bit taller & wider tire in the front. I was running 245/40r17 and moved to a 255/40r17 not a huge difference but was on a 9" wheel and the 245 had a stretched look to it that I didn't care for.

Oh I just noticed no AFM. Yeah its going to be rich I drove on it a few days and anything over 25% throttle would just flood the motor out and my plugs looked like that. Granted the car started every time
