Just Google wheel painting. Plenty of people have done it. One bad thing about painting wheels is that when you put on and take off tires the edge of the rim has a huge chance of the paint being rubbed off from the tire rubbing on it.

the 40 sidewall will fit but will be about 1.8" taller over all then stock. And the 35 sidewall will be about .7" taller then stock.

Do you have any recommendations on as to what tire I should get for the rear or would my selection be okay? While you are here what would be the best fit tire for my front when I need in the future? Thank you :)

Hi there!

I have decided to buy myself the Petrol Throttle rims! In this occation, i need to decide the size of the rims. Can somebody tell me if somthing of my suggestions (se under) will fit my car (MA70)?? *I'm norwegian, so my english is bad, i know*

• 18x8 et:40 245/40 R18” (front) <---
• 18x8 et:20 245/40 R18” (front)
• 18x9,5 et:40 275/35 R18” (rear) <---
• 18x9,5 et:20 275/35 R18” (rear)
• 19x8 et:40 245/35 R19” (front) <---
• 19x8 et:20 245/35 R19” (front)
• 19x9,5 et:40 275/35 R19” (rear) <---
• 19x9,5 et:20 275/35 R19” (rear) *maybe i need 275/30?* ) yeah I would go with a 275/30

Somebody pleas help me! Is 19" rims too big? What about the ET?

19's are not too big so you can go with those if you want.

May i ask why you choose the ET40, insted of the ET20? Doesn't the ET40 push the rims inwards against the suspension?

I do not argu with you, i just want to know WHY you choos them.. What is the differnce? Why not ET20?

Thanks, Daniel =)

Would a 18x9.5 +35 rim with 245/40/r18, fit in the front? I'm lowered on Eibach springs and Bilstien adj shocks. Would i need a fender roll?

-Thanks,
Jim

The main reason why I would choose ET40 is because it will give you more room for a larger tire. And because you already listed the tire sizes you would like to run ET40 would be the best. If you go ET20 you will run in to many issues with the tire hitting the fender. If you really do want to run ET20 you can but you will have to go down a couple sizes for the tire and roll the fenders pretty flat or even pull/flare them.

I think it will have a pretty decent stance. I would say it will be tastefully flush.

I have Kosei K3 wheels, 7.5j x 18", ET35. I have plan for 225/40/18 on all 4 rims, since it is daily driver, non turbo, bad roads, and don't want to roll fenders.

I have plan also to lower it with some aftermarket kit, more springs then coilovers, I suppose it will fit....?But does anyone tried this setup?

I expect to get this:

That combo will fit with out rolling your fenders. It would actually sit similarly to stock MK3 wheels.
