What suspension parts do you run

I am trying to find out what I want to do with my suspension THIS IS NOT a which is best thread im merly trying to see that you guys use and WHY and i will make my choice on the info you give me and that info from other web sites

Anything from coilovers to roll bars

Everything else is stock as far as I know. Next thing Im looking into is swaybars and front and rear strut bars!

tein RA coilovers- Al bodies, mega stiff spring rates, EDFC fun
ST sway bars- bought 'em yrs ago, drastically reduce body roll
nylon bushings- because rubber sux, less compliance in bushings means the sus is actually doing what it's supposed to...
steel front/rear subframe spacers- further reduction of compliance
cusco STB- stiffy
JIC lower arm bar- sem-stiffy

tein flex coilovers!!

i like them for the adjustability, electronic damping control, and my car now handles superbly in corners.

Also installed brand new rack and pinion, wheel bearings and tie rods. I can't tell you the difference it made. All vibrations were completely gone, it handles amazingly well. I didn't even recognize my own car when I took it for a spin afterwards, now I'm more used to it but it still amazes me.

Mind you I think if I had to do it again I would ditch the TEMS... I still love the concept of electronic shocks, I'll get a different setup some day that has more of a dramatic effect. And I still have to stiffen up my floor strut bar by getting stiffer mounting points on the frame, that will get done when the body work gets looked after.

At the moment I only have Tein Flex and an Ebay strut bar given to me from another member.
My car handles pretty damn good. Not too harsh, but good enuff to throw it in some hardcore turns.
Coilovers are the only way to go in my eyes for the adjustability alone.
I picked Tein because they have been proven many times over.
Next season I will have a cage in the car too. Should stiffen it up a bit

Bilstein Struts (because they're Bilstein, and height adjustability was enough to make me buy 'em)
ST Springs, because I did some research, and read positive information about them. I was happy with my purchase.
SS Trac arms because..... no explanation necessary really...
JIC Lower Arm Bar because it was cheap!
Greddy FSTB, I liked it, that's about it.

Tein flex, for adjustability, separate ride height and spring preload, Whiteline sways, because the flex are a bit too soft. Should balance the car nicely for the mainly street use the car gets, still letting me play on occasional lapping days. If I were serious about tracking, I’d use a softer sway (stock perhaps) and something along the lines of the Tein RA’s, or have the flex setup stiffened up with new springs and valves.

Can't say it enough...sticky rubber. The easiest way to better cornering is bigger, softer compounds. I run Michelin Pilot Sports, but there are several other good tires out there!

Great handling with the exact spring rate I wanted. Very good manners. No understeer, and oversteer only when I want it.
