iv bleed the brake master cyl and and brakes twice.(according to the TRSM) have a nice stiff brake pedal but as soon as i start the car it turns to mush and goes to the floor with ease. (Non-abs) think i might need a new brake booster or get mine rebuilt.

So was driving the Supra today, opened her up a little bit on the road and all the sudden the battery light and the brake light came on and voltage dropped to 12...

I thought, "Great there goes the alternator or the belt..." But I opened up the hood and the belt was good and spinning, not seized. Jumped T & E1 for codes, but it was just a constant blip, for no codes. Couldn't remember if there was an alternator code, but apparently not. Good thing I have a spare alternator... I'll do that tomorrow.

If you start the engine and the pedal goes mush your brake booster is failing. I forget the name but there is a valve that opens up to allow engine vacuum to suck on the booster... that valve is bad.

Today, I picked up my turbo manifold and intercooler pipe from my buddy that welded them. I had him cut the old HKS flange off the turbo manifold, and tig on a Tial 44mm flange, I also had him weld my IAT sensor bung into my intercooler pipe.

I also finished up wiring in my MAP sensor, IAT sensor, and Wideband all to the ecu plugs for my AEM. I then uploaded a basemap that is changed over to MAP sensor instead of MAF, and she started up first try. I am pleased. Now I have a lot of tuning ahead of me. I cant wait until shes drivable, so I no longer have fuel cut, and a fun car again.

Pics or it didn't happen.
Location of IAT sensor in IC pipe. I am hoping it does not heat soak here.

Where the wire will be temporarily ran through the engine bay.

Turbo manifold. Not the prettiest welds, but the will hold and look like they will seal well.

If this doesn't fit I just might go that route. Is it an increase in amps?
