Is that a Lexus GS steering wheel?
Also found on the 9th gen Corollas that I've seen. Buddy had one in his 2005, I kept threatening to steal it. :p

Just wanted to give some props to Goodridge...

I was extremely impressed with the customer service and just wanted to give them some kudos. The lines also installed very easily and they look great.
Man, that is some GOOD customer service to hear about!

I've done a few things over the past two weeks. Trying to make a push and finally drive this thing after being down for 4 years....

Rewrapped interior using Katzin seat covers
Installed the intercooler
Installed B&M Super Cooler
Intalled oil lines for turbo and oil filter relocation
Relocated the alternator using a LIPP drop down bracket
Installed the lower and upper plenum of FFIM
Reinstalled PWR radiator & FAL 425 with custom mounting bracket

oh man.... I've been driving a corolla w/ that wheel in it since I sold my pickup. I couldn't get used to driving a supra w/ the same wheel... it'd just be too weird for me.

I'm getting my 90 & 91 a new older brother this weekend... An 88 to subdue me until I finish my rebuilds... Lol. Needs a little work, think the timing is off a little bit, and a couple other small things, but runs good! Have to make a 6 hour trip up to Salmon to get her, but the deal is done and I cant wait to get it home!

Well I made a list of what my car needs to get it on the road, off the top of my head.

Good news though, as my new steering wheel looks great!

Looks nice. Where did you get them and how much? How's the finish?

They are Katzkin covers from Leatherseats.com if I recall correctly. Total cost, shipped to my door was about $750. It's hard to tell from the pics, but there is double-contrast stitching (light gray). I ended up paying a guy about $200 to install them. I probably could have done it, but with the money I spent, I wanted it to look good.

Overall finish is great. Very pleased with the way they came out. They also came with extra material for all of the inserts and back paneling.

Damn, that's a great buy! The fit looks good too. The material for inserts is a great plus too. Something I'll definitely have to consider down the road.

I thought it was a decent deal. I'm happy with them. The seats still haven't seen any type of sun, or warm weather so they should tighten up quite a bit as well.

There is an odd rattling sound when I press the clutch and rev it sounds like that thin plastic that chocolates come in. I'll find out soon enough when I replace my clutch next week.

put on the intake manifold, new timing belt, and installed cams (slapped on a GE intake cam for some torque gains maybe?)

p1907118_1.jpg

And... A little bit of rice. One of the bolts that held in the gas pedal broke some time ago, so I drilled and tapped the hole for a new bolt, and while I was down there, I added some cheap ricey pedals. If I don't like them, I'll yank them, but I've heard some Supra owners say that they like these, so I'll try 'em.[/QUOTE]
I hated those pedals when i had them, they are slippery salmons bro
