+35 is really the perfect offset for these cars

On 9.5" wide, I'd probably say +20 is the perfect offset for 275's, front and rear. Just need a good roll :) I've ran +35 and +20 on 18x9.5 and the +20's were perfectly flush. But I'm going with something more aggressive this time around ;)

i think......hmmm...... i guess i expected this....... how to say it in one word?......... BHG maybe? :D

did oil cap, radiator and owerflow tank test. + white smoke tells me i have BHG :D time for MHG and ARP's. :( sad that this happened 2 weeks before another drag race event. dont know if will get ARP in time.

on topic - there was official drag race event 1/8th mile. best ET was 9,590 @ 122.03 km/h with passenger, shitty tyres and 9psi boost on all stock. its how i expected of stock auto supra. next night went to old airfield. raced 7 guys ( 2gen quattro turbo audi's old M5 BMW, basically MK3 supra generation cars) won all of them, supra was pulling better that drag race night i think because of cold night air, no one wanted to race me anymore :D so this BHG is what i expected after all this racing.
and again it proves that you cant trust anyone from who ur buying a car because the guy told me the HG is not original but stronger to hold nm that engine requires.

Test fitted and drove around the block with the new rims I can feel the rear pitching and moving around a little bit while driving but one side is almost bald and the other has good tread. New tires are coming soon anyway instead of the current 245s I am slapping on 275s

Not bad! Kind of gave me an idea of how black wheels look on a white Supra. Thanks!

What's the specs on the wheels/tires?

fronts at the moment are 215/45/17 +38 17x8 rears at the moment are 245/40/17 +38 17x9.5 I plan to go with 245s up front and 275s in the rear and I am going to remove the black plastidip it's not a good coat and rims underneath are a nice brand new silver.

I need coilovers or springs/shocks not sure what to go with and what brand. I kind of rather get coilovers since I can adjust it more but confused with what to go with for a street car.

Nice! You got the center caps as well. RPF1 center caps go for $100 a set. It's gonna look great when you get coilovers or a nice spring and shock combo on it.

I would just get a good set of springs and adjustable shocks. Most street cars don't need coil overs unless you see track time. Quality lowering springs are already tested and engineered for the best street use. Although if you were to measure the diameter of the shocks you could get some universal springs in the right rate and make a coilover setup. There was a thread on here about it. Drew something or other suspension modification. A simple search should bring it up.

I am kind of set on coilovers because I'd like to be able to adjust everything I keep seeing lowering springs are a 1.5" and I am on the fence if that is too low for me I rather get coilovers and drop it to where I want it.

Look up the Drew rixxer suspension mod. I think it's rixxer anyway. But in that thread the author made his own coilovers for cheaper than buying a set.

Thanks I will check that out. I managed to cross thread one wheel stud when putting my stock rims back on I have to get a hex dye kit and fix it.
