gt3540r is a great match for a 7M in a Mk3 but needs good tires to hook up it's midrange power.
Ian, I've always wanted to ask you, why did you replace your GT3582R with a T04Z instead of GT4088R?

I come from a land down under
The 45 is far too big for a useable street driven car.

The T04z's power delivery down low would at least give the Mk2 a chance of almost hooking up on street tires ;)

Have a look at a few of the Trac vids in my sig to see how the GT3540r reacts midrange with 285/35/18 Falken 451 tires.

A little thread jacking.

How does a Garrett GT4067 compare to the TO4Z ?

What would be the best choice in T4 turbo if the goal is 500 hp?
