I'm experiencing the same problems in The Netherlands.
At my work I can access the forums, but at home I cannot.
Strangest thing is, the server refuses my connection from my provider (@home) but not my provider at work, wich is a university.
Dns servers are all thesame everywhere. cache cleared several times and nothing works.
When I setup a VPN connection at home to my university it works again (otherwise i couldn't post this message).
I also cannot reach bard.net or the forums by ip-adress so i'm pretty sure it's a routing problem, not a dns issue.
I included both my failing and working routing lookups. Note that the last few servers are thesame, but nonetheless it's not working.
That's why i'm thinking the server is blocking several big subnets.

I'm not the only one in The Netherlands (Europe) experiencing this problem. A friend of mine who has an other provider and lives some 300miles away from here.
My ip at work starts with: 130.89.x.x (wich is working.)
My friends and my non working ip-adresses resp. start with: 212.120.x.x and 213.84.x.x
Thank you for looking into this. It's a very strange problem and prohibits us from visiting these forums.
