Now I just really need the accessories for the 2jz (PS, AC, WP, OP) and a new oil pan... Are they baffled on the inside for the SC300? Or can I just hammer it out? Haven't gotten to pulling it off yet.

There are 2 pans, one upper one lower, with a baffle between them. If you know someone at toyota who gets a discount, it should run ~150 for the upper pan, lower pan, baffle, and oil pickup tube w/ strainer. Don't forget the FIPG black.

I might take that route if forcefed doesn't have what I need. I finally got around to this yesterday (the weather has been crap and I've been busy finishing up the college semester). :aigo:

We installed the pillar pod, gauges, got the head off and dropped it at the shop, decided it might be best to put the oil return into the side of the lower oil pan, got everything ready for this weekend, matched my starter to the flywheel, etc ect... :naughty:

It is ready to go in once I get the head back tomorrow, but I wont be able to work on it until saturday. :nono:

I hammered out the lower pan a while back, it hadn't damaged anything on the inside and it wasn't as bad as I thought so I fixed it :biglaugh:

I will be getting a radiator and wastegate to use as well from a friend this weekend. I think I have minimal wiring for now until I look into the TB issue. The TT is going in once I get her running just so I don't have to worry about crazy stuff. I'll keep evryone updated and I WILL HAVE PICS!

Ok, pics time! I didn't get everything done like I wanted due to some previously unforeseen costs, but the motor is together and almost ready to go in!

And here it is, almost completed. I just need to get the gaskets to put the water pump on, get a bunch of misc. bolts and nuts for things, and put it in!

I am a little baffled about what to do with the fuel system. Should I go to the dealer and buy everything I need, or is there an aftermarket solution that will allow me to replace everything that I do not have? I have a rail and injectors, but as to what regulators and lines I am missing, I have not a clue...

Awesome, that will come in handy. So it just uses the stock fuel rail and injectors. And it replaces all the lines coming into the engine bay that go to the motor?

The FPD line goes from the fitting on the d/s framerail to the firewall side of the fuel rail and the FPR kit comes with a line to go from the fuel rail to the FPR and from the FPR to the stock rubber return line.

Then I know what's next on my list once that goes in! That solves my fuel problem. That's pretty much it to get it running, now I just need the parts lol

Looking good. I really love the looks of your gauges............

You won't be disappointed with Aaron's customer service. It won't take two months to get your parts, I promise.

Did you find a belt tensioner?

I did find all the parts I needed for the belt. Got it from the same guy who sold me the intake manifold. Yeah, Aaron has been amazing so far and whenever I need parts I usually give him a ring. I'll be needing a PS pump and a couple of random things here soon so I will be hitting him up for that list

Alright, so still awaiting parts from driftmotion, BUT I did get the cams in and all of that fun stuff this weekend. Still need to degree them though... or do I really need to do that for stock fun?

So how long does it take to get a refund from 935 Motorsports? I assume credit transactions should only take 3 Business days max, considering how often I use my card and past experiences.
