Hey Ronnie, another quick question. The little top-hats on top of the front subframe sleeves that go against the frame rail... Do I put those back in or leave them out when I re-install. I've seen people say both and wanted your opinion. Do they make a difference at all or are they just a buffer so the sleeve doesn't mess up the frame, or vibration dampening maybe?

I'd like to know this as well.

Throw away the top hats for the rear subframe bushings, you dont need to reuse them.
But you will need to reuse the top hats for the front subframe bushings.
Dont forget to lube the inside of poly bushings.

Cheers,
Ronnie

Hmm. I may go with the ES F5 as it's been widely used with success but I may grab some of the Polybushing stuff as well for when I do the rear just to try it out. Thanks for the input/suggestions.

Ronnie! I really should get a front kit when you're back in NZ.
Can you PM me the price for the front kit please?
I am off to the US (CA) for three weeks over christmas. Might see you at the airport :p
Cheers.
