thats a brilliant idea. the gap between the rad support and the rad can only hold so many wrenches and nuts :)

Nctexan: when spotwelding it is very time consuming to use a helmet
supra91gsxr06: read the thread (dont know mpg since I havnt driven the car with this setup)
Grimjack: this part might be the solution for your high temps

Auto-darkening wins. It'll flip to black as soon as an arc is struck...but the light shade is sometimes a little hard to see through, especially if it's set for TIG welding.

Still, I'm watching this thread closely. It's going to be amazing when it's done.
