This is a stupid question but do you need to wire any resistors to make the LEDs work or is it plug and play??

Once you put the bulb in it widens the base of the socket and wont fit into the gauge cluster. Same with the key ring LED. But I got the key ring LED in but not the oil gauge. I didnt order enough of the 194s so ill be taking it out again anyway. Other than the 8 day wait on shipping it was ok.

the #74 works for the oil pressure gauge you just have to work with it a little bit. Insert it at an angle and it will go in :)

Straight up plug and play.

agreed. The resistors are built into the wedge bulbs. :)

thanks for the +1's guys

btw - If anyone wants a complete kit in green for the cluster, glovebox, floor, and keyring i have an extra for dirt cheap. $15 shipped and its yours.(cost me $30)

After reading this thread and finding what bulb sizes I needed I bought the Matrix led #194 bulbs from www.autolumination.com and hyper white incandecent #74 bulbs. I'll post pics when they are in. The matrix has 270 degree light dirtibution, so I'll post pics when done

There's really no visual advantage by going to LED's in the taillights are there??

I was wondering the same thing and would love to see some pics.

its probably because of that small #74 LED bulb that you need, did you order that as well?

Ill take pics of mine when i get my car back today.

Even with it, my oil gauge doesn't fully light up.

I finisihed installing a full set of Blue LED's, looks AWESOME, no hotspots at all! The oil sender though, since it's only 1 led and the rest have 5 each, it is a bit dim, but at night everything looks stunning!

Definitely gonna order lots more led's and add a bunch everywhere, I noticed there were lots of extra slots for LED's in the dash, want to replace a bunch more of those too, is there a LED behind every needle? i wanna get red led's for that, forgot to pay to much attention while i was back there
