It's still foam, you can see him applying filler to it.

While the end result is nice and it's a valid way to make a prototype, I wouldn't drive it LOL

you have to fill and prime any plug mold before making a master mold for the parts, so my question still stands. although id guess with the interior it is prolly still a prototype foam car. i like the design anyway.

I hate to admit it but the finished product was pretty amazing. Don't know if one would wanna take a drive in it though.
