How much Boost safely?

Just wondering what the most amout of boost I can run safely? Mods


• 550 cc Nippon Denso fuel injectors (cleaned and flow balanced)
• Lexus V8 airflow meter
• New Toyota MKIV Twin Turbo (Denso) fuel pump
• Aeromotive Adjustable fuel pressure regulator kit with stainless lines & fuel pressure gauge
• 60-1 by Perfomance Techniques
• Porsche-spec Bosch blow off valve
• Satin black ceramic-coated Defcon exhaust downpipe with bung for wideband probe
• Apexi S-AFC fuel computer
• SSQV
• .017” Ross pistons
• New Spec Stage II Kevlar clutch
• 1.4 MM Cometic metal headgasket

Fletch, Im with Cryo, 18psi... 20 at the most... Let your tuner tell you where to stop... Put it on a dyno, and tune it...

Its not the block you have to worry about, its the pistons and rings...

If you have a good tune and enough fuel and keep it out of detonation you're pretty damn safe on the Ross pistons!

I ran 25 daily with an occasional spike to 32psi without any sign of distress on the pistons! (They're FAT and tough!)

25 on a stock ct? 60-1 ct?

racingtoyota007: you'll be fine on 12psi...
