ok i heard that na cams are more aggerssie than the turbo cams so there for we could get more power by droping the na cams in to the 7mgte rite but!! i know the a differents of how it sits on the head so can anyone help tell me how much i have to shave of the head or whatever

sorry im not very clear its cause im not sure of everything myself so it hard for me 2 explain i hope u guys r following

Yup, marginal at best.
You will probably gain more by playing with cam timing with a set of adjustable cam gears.
And if the head is off, pop the valves out, and clean up the step between the port, and the valve seat that all 7Ms seem to have.
