Alright guys. I replaced my fog lights (light bulbs) today. i installed them correctly. i turn on my headlights and switch the fog light switch. But the fog lights do not work. um.... before i changed the lights, only my right light worked because my left one was burned out. now after i changed both light bulbs, non of them works. i check my relay and it works, and also check my fuse and it's not blown. could it be a bad ground somewhere?

Make sure the light properly grounds flush with the holder when you put it in and the spring clip is tight. Also, make sure that there isn't any rust on the seating surface of the bulb base that would inhibit the contact.

ok, the old bulb does not work at all either. i used a voltmeter on the plugs for the foglights and i don't have any volts.

what now?

:biglaugh: Good times.

There is a connector behind the foglight holder check if it is connected.

well, there's a male and female one for each fog light. there are two wires off the foglight assembly (power/ground) and they end at a white male connector. from there there's a white female connector.

the connector is connected.

lol...our Supra's are like the same...except my dome lights worked, and then suddenly stopped, my fogs also worked, and right when I installed yellow bulbs, they worked for two days, then stopped, and now they keep blowing fuses...ugh...I HATE electronics/wiring.

There is also a black connector for the ground wire. Kinda tricky to get to & hard to see. Make sure that is connected.

ok the wiring is like this on mine (with bulb in place and clipped down).

a black wire which is connected to the fog light assembly, and another wire (red i think or some other color. i can't remember the color) which is connected to the white wire coming from the bulb. from there, both those wires end at a white male plug. that white male plug is plugged into the white female plug. after that the wires disappear into the car somewhere. supposedly one goes to the relay and fuse and the other is grounded.
