That's sort of a funny question. The MKIII used to be my wifes daily driver, she loved her Supra, but eventually it got a BHG, so I told her to go buy a new car. She ended up buying a 3rd gen Eclipse, that's what's in the picture. She hated that Eclipse and wanted her Supra back so bad, well, because the Supra is such a nicer car than an Eclipse.............3 years later she sold it and bought a Crossfire, all is well again!7M-GTE said:

I'm now undergoing a 1jz swap. I'll post pics up in a week or so. This is one of the best threads I've seen. I'm just glad I'm not the only one spending my children's college fund................:biglaugh:
I just painted my engine bay as you can hopefully tell. I didn't weld any holes like Duane, but who can compete with that?..................:biglaugh:

fantastic cars guys! ridiculously clean. I'm generally one for tasteful bling...but man that car looks great with black wheels!

Ok, here it is before and after. I bought this car from a 70 year old preacher in Dallas off ebay for $5,500.00 with a new used Japan replacement engine totally stock. No upgrades and was a turtle running at 5 psi of boost.

Why is is Masterchief's engine bay so much busier than Mattjk's? I know he took off the strut covers, but it looks like Matt's has everything on it, but it looks empty. Anybody?

new (to me) fogs : $60 shipped
yellow fog bulbs: $20 shipped
yellow paint for fogs: $5 shipped

JDM turn signals : $30 shipped
OEM "T"symbol (coming soon): $23 shipped
H4 headlights : $30 shipped
Silvania Silver stars: $30

but I can honestly say it's definitely worth it..
