Yea it came out. I think my problem was the steam cleaner. It must have brought any rust from the metal below the cloth to the surface. I got most of it out but I'm gonna stick with the original passenger seat as it is better.

I need someone to help me trouble shoot why my 7m is not running smoothly as it should. Here's the problem when I sit and idle the rpm jumps up and down from 600 to 800 continueously. Rough idle, the TSRM says vacuum leak. I think we found it or one of them at the idle control valve on the intake tank. The gasket between these two pieces does not seal all the way tight. There is a small gap. It's a new gasket so I'm stummped but when you spray carb spray in it it idles normal and smooth. Do I need two gaskets? The one gasket doesnt look thick enough.

Also when I am cruising in about any gear around 40mph the car jerks pretty roughly. I don't hear it coming from the engine and the rpm is not surgeing. Someone suggested it could be the driveshaft or LSD? I heard that if you can turn the drive shaft with your hands then it's something wrong? Is this true? Give me insight please cause I don't know anything about these things :3d_frown: Also do I need to oil my LSD? The car did sit for 10 years and has 195,000 miles

I'm hoping my ears deceive me but in that first video at the 42 second mark, I could swear as you rev it I hear it knocking. I can hear it some also in the second video.

You for sure have vacuum leak. Get another gasket.
