For the 304 trans. I looked on here and at some various parts houses, but didnt find anything that sounded like a self install option. When I was much younger I installed a shift kit for my Trans Am's th350. Its a really simple thing consisting of some springs and check balls for the valve bofy. Anyway, wondering if anyone has ever found and/or done something like this of the 304.

Those optins are a tad bit over budget for me. I was hoping to find something cheaper. I guess I will just wait until I do the r154 swap next spring.

Thanks anyway

I did search, both here and google, and found nothing that specifically referred to a user installable shift kit. No way in hell am I paying over 2k for a full built auto trans, nor am I paying 500 bucks for a modified valve body.

Im not sure why Im taking flack for asking if anyone has seen one sold anywhere...:3d_frown:

Well, thats real nice, but it didnt answer the question...so :wuteva:

you obviously didnt read my post...so I guess were even.

and lastly, you could simply post the link in the first place. It took you more effort to be an ass than it would have taken to post a link or two. But whatever, Im done with this thread.
