Help! Supra doesn't run right

Is a cranking over? Check the battery voltage and clean the terminal connections as well as the ground connection at the block. Cold battery voltage should be about 12.6 which will increase to about 14 after it starts. You can bypass the fuel pump relay by jumping Fp and B+ in the diagnostic block. At that point with the ignition switch on the on position you should hear fuel going through the rail. The fuel could be stale, unless you put a preservative in it two years ago.

No start but does crank, unless I bypass the main efi relay which is does start up then which is leading the diagnostics to the ignition wiring issue. When I bypass the main efi relay it starts up perfectly and idles as it should. Got a new battery in it. Fuel is good. Just need to determine why I have a voltage drop for the ignition to the main efi relay. These older Toyota relays do require the full 12 volts for them to function. Per my research could be a corroded splice wire from my 1jz swap that is causing the voltage drop. May need to back track my wiring. I know for sure I soldered it and heat shrieked everything good.
