i think staggered diameter wheels on our car would look weird imo.

I run 19's all the way around but... I've always been a fan of the smaller in the rear and bigger up front. Either 18f/17r or 19f/18r just for the side wall as stated above. If I can find a good set thats what i'd do. Im just so attached to my Rays, Its hard to let go of them.

I don't like how staggered diameters look too much, the car has to be designed to have it:

(^^^19's in front 20's in back).

Here's something I found that someone wrote in regards to the look on a charger that I think will help (http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=99636):

(...)There was a guy on here a looooong time ago that put staggered diameter 20" and 22" SRT replica wheels on his ride. Just didnt look right, and pretty much everyone agreed.

If you want that old school raked look, here is my best advice. Go with staggered width wheels.... say a 22x9 in front, 22x10/10.5 in back. Put a nice, fat, meaty tire in back, then lower the front suspension. You can either do springs in just the front, or do coilovers (the better choice, in my opinion) and slam the front and leave the back raised up a bit higher. Gives a nice raked look and you have plenty of rubber in back to boot.(...)

My corvette has 19's in the back with 18's in the front. Looks ok, but I think it would look better with just one size

no not really, most run 18's already, whats another inch...and in the rear it wont need to turn lock to lock. more width options like mentioned before.

i wanna know how deep of a dish can you run with the stock backspacing. more pics?

not that my car would need an extra wide rear tire, id just be after it for the looks.

18"x9" all round here, in hindsight if I were to do it over I'd go with 17's and use tires with more sidewall for a street car that has to live in the real world.

Yeah, there you go, wanting to copy me again, wishing you cold have done what I did.

:biglaugh:

Serious note, the 19's are too big for the Supra. I run 18 x 9 front, 17 x 10 rear for more side wall.

I was thinking the same thing everyone has referred to in terms of sidewall....for function.

Though the other way around is nicer for aesthetic purposes, in my opinion.

The red supra looks great.
