    O2 sensor, universal?

That is a non heated 02 sensor. You need a 3 wire heated 02 sensor flange mount. Not the most common. You could always get an adapter to use a thread in sensor.

    Boostcraver's resto-modification build

That is more complicated. Yes, I know a couple guys that could build that, but not cheap. You would be better off buying one off here instead of the same cost or higher to design and build one.

    Boostcraver's resto-modification build

No I don't have another one. You can build one tho. Buddy and I made one out of cardboard. Then took it to a machine shop to use a brake to cut it out of aluminum sheet. Then welded it up to the stock runners. Need to bolt it to a head so you dont warp. If you wanted a round style, you...

vpc by itself it is a little funny and i've never found to work that well. if you had an afc to wire in after the vpc, it's no problem to get to work great

    will these drag slicks fit?

Really? That's your advice? When trying to spec out tires, remember slicks are rated as tread width and not section width. A lot of work would be involved to make that fit. And unless needed, I wouldn't.

    turbo screech or whistle

when the bearing in the turbo starts to fail it will make some funky noises. it more sounds like the old banshee scream of a loose turbo manifold.

ARP Head Bolt Issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

no need to get hostile. just because someone doesn't know doesn't mean they are short cutting. 7m's are very particular and don't have a lot of slop when it comes to specs and working on them. just fyi, anytime i suspect a gasket issue i use the napa block tester.

ahh that can be part of the problem. if you have ignition misfire you are dumping raw fuel good luck on the next dyno!

    squeeky brakes

aside from type of pads that are noisy, i've found that if you don't have the hardware installed and correctly they will be noisy

what was the boost? usually unless you are running uber high fuel pressure the best you are going to do is 1hp per cc. if that were the case, you should have been close to maxing out your injectors on the last pass. was that using your wideband or the dyno?
