Sorry I thought i edited this post to fix it guess it didn't go through. The black wire running from the Alternator actually went just straight to the Battery positive Terminal, I noticed it once i took the battery out. I replaced that wire and now it's showing 14.6ish volts across the battery...

Fuse bolt to battery showed 0:03 again, while Fuse bolt to Alternator showed 4.46ish. So it's definitely somewhere along that black wire correct? I'm going to pick up some new ring connectors and battery terminals if that's the case.

I measured from right below the fuse box under the 100A Alternator fuse right on that bolt with the black wire and it shows a 0.03. Can i measure it from there? EDIT: Actually I see what you're saying let me start digging around.

It was just there, and bouncing around. I just zip tied it to something. I don't think it does anything. It runs into the harness, then the harness splits, one going to the passenger fender area, and one going past the radiator back to the fuse box area.

I'm not sure I believe it's the charging wire, it also has a 30 amp fusible link on it also.

Haven't heard about any problems with action clutches, but I would get a south bend clutch instead. I like their pedal feel.

Well, I appear to be the biggest idiot ever. After popping open the ecu, finding the all the ground points, and everything else i tried. The problem was with my AVCR messing up, I redid the wiring and reset the settings and everything works, no more codes. Thanks for the help guys.

I can only see one ground, it seems pretty thick to me.

It's mounted onto the intake manifold now, did you mean to tell me to cut the ground wire going to the ECU, and remounting into the intake manifold to create a new ground?

In the on Position the middle wire showed 2.8 volts. The ground works. And I haven't tested the left wire. I will when I get home.

Error code 31 is a MAF issue on the tsrm, but I read elsewhere that for JDM swaps that it is related to the MAP sensor. But from there on i don't know how to exactly to find out what the problem is. Sorry should've been a little more clear the fan clutch isn't fitting on where it bolts up to the water pump. I think it's pushing up where the little rust line is in the water pump. Radiator is a Mishimoto.

I couldn't tell you as I don't know, is there any way to figure out? I've heard of people spacing out their clutch I wonder how they do it.
