i looked at all the fuses, fuses are fine, im not sure about the 30amp fuse, just don't know how to get it out.

How does that 30a defog fuse come out, it is that metal one right below that 7.5 amp fuse right? I don't want to break it. My hands are to big to get in that far, do you just pull it out or do you have to squeeze white plastic pieces on both sides and pull?

Many options, either turbo it, get a cheap 7mgte motor and play with that, 1jz or 2jz if you have some dough to throw around.
