My car has been having a hard time starting when it has been sitting overnight, but once i get it started it and turn it off and on again it starts right up. Plus, when the car is cold it sputters and has no power at wot until it gets warm. One thing after another :aigo:

Yeah i only had the head resurfaced with the bead type hks along with some permatex. I know here they say don't do that, but so far no problems! I strongly believe it all has to do with how your surfaces are prepared. If i had to do it all over again I honestly probably would of stuck with a...

Hks bead here and still going strong after 16k miles and counting with upgraded turbo :)

Yep, jeff had the accordian for 35 and the fan shroud for 60. I bought them both :)

yeah the throttle body block is always a miss usually with low readings.

Yep, definantly your boost controller solenoid, i have the same thing happening, but it doesn't seem to be that loud, but definantly loud enough to hear without the radio on or windows down

I have a test pipe for sale, it is a bic test pipe, brand new. I couldn't use it because i needed to make a custom test pipe. Ill be posting shortly in the for sale thread.

The three sensor housing on the gte motors, what is the bottom sensor for? My connector's wire got fubarred and came off, can this be purchased from toyota? Or is this something that only comes with the whole harness? Thanks, Bob

Sorry don't mean the thread jack here, but on the 3 sensor thermo housing, what is the bottom sensor for? The wire broke and the wire inside the connector is too difficult to solder back, can you buy this connector from yota?

I will have to check to see what angle it is at?

I don't know what custom size it is but it is big.
