Did you get it right from the dealer and it doesn't look like auto part stores carry it.

Guys what did i break here, looks like a vacuum switch, but not sure. Can I get this at a parts store or do i have to go through the dealer? Let me know asap, i need this fixed, because my turbo kit is going on this tuesday.

The sc300 is an NA supra motor Ric :) You can see very nice gains with a bolt on turbo kit.

Well I didn't see until today, but it looks like my camshaft is busted in half :( Not to mention it is an interference motor so im sure it is safe to say the motor is done. Does anyone know where you can get like a cheap borescope or something to look into the cylinder to see what happend...

Looks like it jumped two teeth, but i still have to check the crank gear to see if that is off by two teeth, then i will have a better idea. But if it is off by two teeth how would i make the adjustment, meaning would i turn the cam gear or the crank gear? That is the biggest concern to get it...

The chain did not break, it is intact, on these cars it is usually the guide that breaks. I didn't see any pieces in the oil so that is a good sign.

You may not realize but the sc400 motors are very strong engines. Someone in the past tore one down and built it up to be over 12 or 1300rwhp :) Ill have to ask my brother (he has a 95 i believe) who that guy was who did it. But he did say that motor is capable of a lot of hp.

The chain is loose, but i was told by an ex-mechanic that i probably wasn't going fast enough to cause any damage if that makes any sense. If i remember i wasn't doing more than 30, i think it was more closer to 25mph. He said if i was on the highway that it would of been done.
