Replace the climate control.... I would tell you to rebuild it, but apparently it's beyond most people's skill level. It is a real pain in the ass, but it is doable. And if ONE person says to oil it, I will find you and I will hurt you.

There are a number of factors that would effect which models/brands each of us would recommend. Daily Driver? Exactly how stiff? What shape are the roads you drive on in? Are you planning on upgrading your anti-sway bars? Give the folks here a little more to go on and they'll gladly help...
