thats what it seem like. four layers held together by rivots of some sort.the two outer layers are of same thickness, the two center layers are thicker then eack other and the they are both thicker than the outside layers. check out my third pic IJ.

i bought a hose from autozone to replace the hose by the filler cap but then had to get that hose from the dealer. because the autozone hose didnt fit right and would fold close. GET IT FROM THE DEALER.,its worth is and its the last time youre have to change it. its high quality from the factory.
for me my cooling problems are from lots of little things that add up. leak at thermostat housing, leak hoses, colapse radiator pipe, etc.etc.etc, there are so many things that can cause an overheat so still, pay close attention.

i will look into that and retourqe the head and get a 1.3bar radiator cap. the dont think thelast owner retorqe the head after a mhg install. if all of this dont work out im taking it to toyota cause im tired of playing guessing games thanks.
