Took the topboff for the first time since I bought the ride 3 months ago. A little wobbly but the breeze was nice.
I also beat a minivan and moved allnof my tools out of the car, now that I am comfortable with its reliability.

Finally found the leak in my hatch today and I beat a c6 corvette auto from a 45mph roll in 3rd gear, one of my best kill with perfect shifts.

Lol, you're not supposed to keepnyourbhand on the shift knob. Just shift and put your hand backbon the steering wheel.

Have you tried spraying wd40 into the mechanical part where the metal loop on hatch actually make contact and locks in. I did that and no more sqeaks.

Just for kicks........weighted one pound shift knob.....lol it does shift better... im looking for a weighted knob that looks like the one I have now. Anyone know where I can find that?

I just got the car a month ago. The radio still works, but I'll change it in the next month or so. It was pretty badass for its time. This is my 5th mk3 and the first with a stock radio and working ac.
