what kind of mhg? Python transponder wont disarm alarm

1st question. i bought this mhg from someone two years ago. the guy told me that he had got it on ebay and doesnt remember the brand. the gasket seem to be of good quality, four layers of metal sheets. can someone tell me what brand this is and if i should use on a headgasket job next week?

2nd question, after i got the my car back from toyota today. my transponder will not disarm my python alarm to unlock the door. i can arm it but i cannot disarm. it seem like my car doesnt pick up the command. Is there a sensor or relay that i can check. i cant start the car because the alarm disable the starting..... thanks alot.

thats what it seem like. four layers held together by rivots of some sort.the two outer layers are of same thickness, the two center layers are thicker then eack other and the they are both thicker than the outside layers. check out my third pic IJ.
