The battery was put in backwards when my dad tried moving the car after I caught someone breaking in to it. I replaced a 30amp fuse and the fusible link but it still will not start.
Lights come on, it cranks but wont fire. It has been sitting for almost a month after the crank started...
Thats what I thought I could do but I ended up doing what Kckazdude said just with the replacement wire over the 100 amp fuse.
It still wont start, but the alarm works again.
In the main fuse box in the engine bay there is the one fuseable link.
Mine is brittle and had broken and the car will not start.
I know you have to pull apart the fuse box because there is a pin holding it in.
How do I remove it?
