I'm running bosch 044 fuel pump (via relay at 12V) and aeromotive FPR. Setup has less than 5K miles. I got my car tuned at 41psi static FP (vacuum line disconnected) and about 32psi at idle.
Some time ago I noticed that fuel pressure dropped to 38psi (static). So I rised it again back...

Backstory: I have terrible wheelhop everytime when car looses traction (not drag racing, just street). Traction control arms aren't bent (visually). Bushings are ok...
not really that rich and retarded :) It just killed my torque during spool up (and increased lag too)... Maybe I call it wrong, but now it takes more time to see full boost (at least 200rpms later according to test descrbied above).

Your goals look close to mine. I have some problems so still couldn't run my setup at full power, but already got some experience to share:
1) pt67dbb starts spooling earlier than my old 61mm (non bb), so it's more enjoyable in daily driving around the town
2) I hit 18 psi at...
Inspected datalogs more carefully and found out that on "weak" runs boost increases too slowly after shifts. Inspected WG and found that it was closing too slow... (So it was opened a bit after shift)

My setup is 7M-GTE (internally stock and tired) on R154 with PT67DBB, AEM and other goodies. I was running 225/50R16 tyres on sawblades and got 117mph trap speed. Recently I've installed 235/45R17 fronts and 275/40R17 rears and now my trap speed is only 110mph. ET became worse also...

Mine hits 220kPa at 5200-5300RPMs with 0.68A/R. Is it normal? I was expecting full boost at 4500-4800.
After crapload of new parts my car is slower at 1/4 mile now (at the same boost levels) :( T4-flanged T67dbb...

Rich, I see some ATI parts to bolt TH to 7M on your website. I know you're very busy and so on, but couldn't you write just part-list with approx. prices to make TH350 work? I don't need every little thing like speedo adapter etc... I don't need...
Haltech E6 is really outdated. If you're considering Haltech, go with E11v2, not less.
Idk about microtech, but wired, installed and tuned Haltech E8 myself a year ago.
The only annoying issue with E8 was jerking at light load due to ugly stock 7M CPS design (it has too much freeplay). Later...

ok, I've got it. But no performance differences? Like loosing boost between shifts or so on?
And must I retard timing (to reduce TQ) while shifting (not to kill tranny)?

I'm going auto and built Toyota tranny will cost me almost 4K$... may be a hair less. And no warrinties that it will hold.
So now I'm thinking of TH350, but the problem is that I know NOTHING about TH trannies (see my location ;-) We haven't too many american cars here.
