That wouldn't comply with the rule, you are only killing the efi system. I interpret all electrical functions as not just the EFI system, but the entire car. If a tech sees the tiny gauge wire on the large switch lugs he would most likely give you a problem. Besides, assuming you put your...
The point of the switch is to disconnect all power from the rest of the car. So I ask again, how else can you wire a single pole switch to stop all electrical functions.
NHRA Rules
"This cutoff must be connected to the positive side of the electrical system and must stop all electrical...
Mine fits with a stock type radiator, no cutting or welding. I only needed an electric fan and it fits with my intercooler too. I am pretty sure you will be fine using the stock 5m brackets with 22r mounts.
I simply answered the questions he asked me and he never asked where to put the breakers. He also didn't ask me how to turn a screw driver, so I assumed he had both those issues covered. I dont care what your qualifications are, this has nothing to do with who you are, so don't make it about...
Again. HE HAS A 2AWG RUNNING FROM THE ALT TO THE BAT POSITIVE. When the switch is flipped, the alt and the bat are disconnected from the rest of the car. With the car running, when the switch is flipped, the car immediatley stops running and power to everything is lost. Everything then is...
You guys certainly are critics, especially when you see some of the crap that gets posted on this forum. There is nothing wrong with what he did aside from the breaker location should of been closer to the battery, something we didn't discuss. The main hot on the alternator and Bat are on one...
Yes, and beyond. Coan or ATI will have no problem exceeding what you need. MSP was running an ATI TH350 into the 7s. The weight difference between the the 350 and 400 is negligible. The biggest issue with a TH400 is it eats a lot more power, but making power with a supra is a joke, so I...
I run 2 walbros with a stock return. Single -8 feed split into two -6s before the rail and a return of -6 clamped to the stock return line. I can't get less than 32psi with vacuum at idle. That's right at the edge of where I want to be. It'll do for now, but its not my preference to be on...

You really need to check out teh Supraforums FAQ section
You just have to jump out two wires on one connector to get the car to run(bypass nuetral safety switch). The reverse lights are in there too.
My first one shifted years ago. If it doesn't have the bolts with the welded nuts, I would be addressing the issue.
The clutch def causes the problem. Two times I put a stock clutch back in after the diaphragm shifted(and a vibration was present) and the vibration was completely...
Leave them. I have had many issues with RPS. They put those rivets in to resolve a problem that they wont own up to, but as you can see did make an attempt to fix. The diaphragms shift on a hard launch and knock it out of balance. I've done it to 3 of them.
Thanks, here is a hi res off my webserver. I might sell it down the road, so I'll keep you in mind.
