well idk, axle i have is free, just need the labor to swap the brackets which i can do.
I dont really have any reason to NOT cut up the axle. its not worth anything really, and nobody here in michigan would need it and I dont want to ship it anywhere.
There is no possible way to streghten up...
I would be more than happy to take a pic tonight for you if you want, as far as I know the only difference is the linkage and one less vacuum port though.
yup.. now I have to put it back together and figure out what to do with the axle situation.
Intercooler piping is going to be a complete bittttch.
I just got the new radiator to fit in yesterday, havent mounted it yet though.
My goal as of now is to have the car ready for the woodward...
Update.... it runs! yay!

just running a 3" open downpipe and no radator or intercooler piping... but hey, it runs.
I got it to crank over by using the key yesterday, and I got power hooked up to all of the factory celica wiring.
Now to start it all I have to do is wire up a couple relays and hook to the ecu for constant and switched power, the fuel pump and a few other random things.
I got some cool shit in the mail yesterday
3" thick aluminum radiator(summit), braided and coated stainless steel full legnth clutch line(driftmotion), intercooler pipe reducers (driftmotion), OEM oil filter, and a few other random things.
The radiator fits pretty good, But I will...
haha, every time I drive that thing I get "nice mustang" at least once if not more! haha
you should see the reactions I get when I tell them its a Toyota!
every possible reaction from thats cool as hell, to I have never seen one of those, to... oh never mind.... LOL :naughty:
My next dilemma will be hooking up the alternator.
I tried to see if the celica alternator would fit but it is a no-go.
My problem is that the celica is the externally regulated type and the supra is internally regulated. I have no idea how to go about this or where to start. I looked at the...
I origionally planned to use the stock MK3 turbo supra fuel pump..... but I got a pretty good deal on a 255lph walboro pump so I went with that instead.
Last night I mounted up the pump to the hybrid fuel pump hangar that I made and cut off one of the factory fuel lines from the top. I drilled...
I wish I could find ANY deacent junkyard here let alone one with old yotas.
There are a few yards around, but it is 99% domestic stuff. There are not nearly as many imports here as compared to other states, so I have seen at least.
I know I am making it more difficult than it could be, and I would jump on a supra or truck rear end if I had the chance at a deacent price.
Problem with living in Michigan is that all of the old toyotas have been long since been crushed or have just simply rotted away.
I could have an...
