    /\ yup and the motor should have extra ribs on the block: 1 in between the cylinders and 1 on each cylinder on the exhaust side. but the blocks changed sometime in 89 and 90 i believe.

    get a 57 trim upgrade, safc, walbro fuel pump and drill out the j-tube when you get the walbro you can run a 57 trim ct26 at stock boost levels without fuel cut. thats wat my cars has on it right now and a 3in down pipe and catback and i have no fuel cut

    Advanced Timing- Some advance their timing to 12-14 BTDC to gain extra throttle response/power, but keep in mind the "power gain" is minimal. If you do this, you will need to run 91 octane or higher, or you run the risk of detonation. right out of the n/a upgrade FAQ

    did not play the link but im sure you have rod knock...how much oil did you lose? doesnt take much of a oil starvation to throw a rod bearings on these engines
