you prolly forgot to plug in a connector. iirc the autos had a different tranny harness than the manuals but both should have the reverse lights plug.
loosen it a lil then. when properly adjusted it should not surge. make sure your car is hot before boosting too.
i have a greddy type-s and mine is louder under normal driving conditions then boosting.
the rs comes from greddy on the softest settings. you slowly tighten the screw to remove stalling or idle issues. you will get surge if it is too tight. stock turbo stock boost you shouldn't be full hard. the more boost you run the more you tighten the screw...
the thermostat opens at 190 so yeah^ 200 aint bad really. i have no undertray and live in vegas right now its been 100* out and my stock gauge has never moved from a lil under half way where its supposed to be.
with the a/c on the condenser gets hotter giving higher temps for the radiator.

its all in the tune! forged pistons, mhg, arp everything, fuel, engine management and your easily at 450-500hp reliably. (+tubro of course)
