when u upgrade the ct it will still be at stock boost. 5-7psi just more air flow. no need for a boost controller when stock.

loosen it a lil then. when properly adjusted it should not surge. make sure your car is hot before boosting too. i have a greddy type-s and mine is louder under normal driving conditions then boosting.

the rs comes from greddy on the softest settings. you slowly tighten the screw to remove stalling or idle issues. you will get surge if it is too tight. stock turbo stock boost you shouldn't be full hard. the more boost you run the more you tighten the screw...

could you put it out the exhaust instead of back in the turbo inlet or no.?

the thermostat opens at 190 so yeah^ 200 aint bad really. i have no undertray and live in vegas right now its been 100* out and my stock gauge has never moved from a lil under half way where its supposed to be. with the a/c on the condenser gets hotter giving higher temps for the radiator.

^a diff is easier to swap then dropping a tranny and pulling it apart putting it back then back into the car. interested but in no hurry.

or lift on the pinch welds on each side since there the lifting points on the car.
