iirc one of the pins that holds the shoe to the backing plates is pre bent. it would be cheaper just to go to a junkyard and find the parts you need. new ebrake shoes are are like 2mm linings so unless your metal to metal theres really no point to replace them.
to check the fluid you'll need to drain some out theres no dip stick for the 5speeds. at that point might as well drain and refill. use some redline mt90 it might go away but most likely the wine is from grinding 3rd. tranny fluid should be changed every 30k same with the diff.
to have a properly working pcv system you need both ports(tb and accordion) into one port on the cc and the both valve covers going to the other port.
if you have a filter on the tb that will be a vac leak. if you have filters on the valve covers your not getting the vacuum you need to pull...
you can try adjusting it or you might just have to find a good one. you should check your codes even if you don have a light cause you can have stored codes.
